This project involved creating an illustration for my hometown, which was an interesting challenge. The objective was to depict the iconic landmarks of the city in a concise and clear way, and to design a sketch that could be translated into a mosaic.

This work is the result of a collaboration with a local mosaic workshop based in Almaty city.

A team of three mosaic artists participated in this project, and I had the opportunity to join them and contribute to the mosaic.
